Worked up over the Wind! What’s “App” with That?

A screen capture from the weather app on my Mac: Sunday at 5 pm in Yarmouth, NS. At the time, the wind was from the NW! In most apps, the base of the arrow points in the direction the wind is coming from, and the arrowhead points in the direction it’s blowing toward. 

  My head is still spinning over the Facebook storm last Friday. Seemingly out of nowhere, Tracey decided to pounce. She accused me of incorrectly identifying the approaching rain system as a Nor’easter.  From my…
